Result: Award Winning Fashion Designer and launched Trip Charbs Fashion line that is sold internationally.

  • Brianne McKay – Interned at Strong Front AV -Peguis First Nation

Result: Currently working as a actor and full-time in retail.

  • Brianna Flatfoot – Interned at Strong Front AV – Ebb and Flow First Nation

Result: Currently working as an actor and full-time in retail.

Result: Currently developing a graphic novel with a publisher.

Result: Returning to school (Yellowquill College upgrading program for GED or St. Theresa Point Adult Education)

Result: Enrolling in adult education to complete grade 12 and was offered a full-time job with Sandy Soke on a IATSE 856 feature film set in the summer 2018. 

  • Marilyn Anderson – Interned with Buffalo Gal Pictures –Pinaymootang First Nation

Result: Offered a contract job at Buffalo Gal Picture with Phyllis Lang (President) as a production assistant  (Director’s Guild of Canada).

Result: Enrolling in post-secondary education and was offered a full-time job at JRS for a Hydro Project. Nu Media Films offered Nicholas more contract work in the future as his schedule allows.

  • Stanley Wood – Interned with Buffalo Pictures – St. Theresa Point First Nation

Result: Enrolling in Prairie Theatre Exchange acting school and is currently seeking more acting work. Stanley was re-invigorated and inspired to peruse acting full-time again because of the Nu Media Program 2018.

  • Steven Osborne – Interned with Nu Media Films – God’s Lake Narrows

Result: Enrolling in adult education (GED) and is enrolling in the NSI: New Voices film program to continue his film education.

  • Tenille Daniels Richard – Interned with StrongFront A/V – Long Plain First Nation

Result: Currently seeking additional contract work from StrongFront A/V. Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program.

  • Tricia Bland – Interned with Kistikan Pictures (Tina Keeper) – York Landing First Nation

Result: Offered full-time research assistant job by Tina Keeper for her documentary and feature film division and was offered a full-time job at JRS for a Hydro Project.

  • Torell Colomb – Interned with Buffalo Gal Pictures – Pukatawagan First Nation

Result: Enrolling in Vancouver Film school acting program (post-secondary) and is currently seeking more acting work in Manitoba.
